Trish is the daughter of Mildred and Thomas Stephens. Trish has one much older sister, Briannia. Her father was a preacher.  Her mother was a housewife.  Her sister,  and her were tight and by the time she reached high school,  her sister was already in her way to college,  attending her third year.  Her mother kept a decent home.  Her father was a disciplinarian and very traditional.  When Trish had a child at fifteen,  her father beat her relentlessly,  frightening her away.  Out of anger, she left home to have her child and raise her baby girl, along with Tyreke,  who stayed by her side and loved her through the entire bought of rejection and beatings.  Now,  she is trying to hold on,  staying by her child's side,  along with Tyreke, both trying to make sense out of an unbearable world.

                                                 Personality:

She is completely and emotionally dependent on Tyreke.  He is the complete and utter love of her life,  as she is his.  Her only interest is to forma  new life with Tyreke,  away from the block,  away from her parents.  all she feels she has is her bay girl and the man she loves,  and the hope that her baby girl will survive so that she can be what she always wanted to be,  a mother and have what she always wanted,  a family to love.

Quote: “Tyreke, I'm sorry.  You can't leave.  I hear her everywhere!”
